Katt Williams is in the legal doghouse again.
The comedian has been charged with misdemeanor battery for allegedly starting a physical altercation at the Sportsmen's Lodge hotel in Studio City on July 24, a spokesman for the Los Angeles City Attorney said.
He’s due for arraignment Thursday.
The incident, first reported by TMZ.com, involved a female employee at the hotel. Williams allegedly felt disrespected by the woman and punched her, the website said.
Responding officers reportedly saw minor injuries on the staffer and took Williams into custody. He was released on $20,000 bail, jail records show.
The stand-up star, 44, has faced similar allegations before.
He was accused of attacking a Georgia shopkeeper in February inside a Gainesville pool store.
He later told TMZ the store worker caused the confrontation by accusing him of stealing and dropping a racial slur.
If convicted of his latest charge, he could face up to six months in county jail.
Katt still @ it ……..
