Kanye West's wildly popular Yeezy clothing line faces a new lawsuit accusing it of copying a pattern from another company without permission, TMZ reported.
Jordan Outdoor Enterprises — the corporation behind the prominent hunting brand Realtree — claims West's label ripped off its camouflage design and used it in the Yeezy Season 5 collection.
The lawsuit alleges West’s company featured the design on clothing even after someone from the Yeezy team reached out to Jordan Outdoor and was told they'd need to license the look to use it.
West, 40, debuted the Yeezy Season 5 collection during New York Fashion Week in February 2017. Various items from the collection, including jackets and pants, feature a camouflage design.
The lawsuit seeks to shut down future sales of the Yeezy items in question, and for existing clothing featuring the design to be destroyed, according to the report. Jordan Outdoor is also requesting unspecified damages.
West's clothing is typically expensive and in high demand, with some items selling out shortly after becoming available.
