It’s the new Kanye — the always rude Kanye, spaz in the news Kanye.
Kanye West had a clear message for fellow artist Kid Cudi on Wednesday night after Cudi accused the"Famous" rapperof having “30 people write songs” for him on Twitter earlier in the day.
“Don’t ever mention my name in a bad manner. NONE OF Y’ALL,” Ye shouted at his Tampa Saint Pablo tour audience.
West’s rant, sparked by Kid Cudi’s series of tweets on Wednesday, lasted a little more than a minute as he addressed the fact that he’s out fighting for the creators, artists and independent thinkers.
“I’m so hurt, I feel so direspected,” West said.
“Kid Cudi, we two black men in a racist world... I got called names before you bruh. Why you gotta be coming at me? This ain’t the end of the Malcom X movie.”
The “I Love Kanye” rapper also screamed “I birthed you” about Cudi in hopes the message would reach the “Pursuit of Happiness” artist.
Cudi, born Scott Ramon Seguro Mescudi, was signed to West’s G.O.O.D music label, but later left in 2015.
On Wednesday afternoon, he sent out a series of messages starting with the line: “I need yall to know I got so many haters within the industry and these clowns know Im bout to crush their entire existance.”
He then went on to say that artists think they are so great for landing tracks in the Top 5, when really they have 30 people writing their songs.
“My tweets apply to who they apply. Ye, Drake, whoever,” he wrote. “These n---as dont give a f--k about me. And they aint f--kin with me.”
