Kanye West And Tidal Sued For "Lying" To Gain Subscribers

Kanye West is in some trouble with at least one angry fan, who’s now $9.99 poorer after purporting to be scammed into subscribing to Tidal.

West took to Twitter back in February to let fans know that TLOP would only ever be available on Tidal, which understandably brought in some serious Tidal subscribers.

The problem is, TLOP is available on virtually every platform now. One fan in particular, Justin Baker-Rhett, is not happy about it. He’s suing Kanye and Tidal for damages, claiming he and other fans were fooled into “paying for Tidal’s rescue.”

The JAY Z owned streaming service has seen some financial troubles in recent years, and ‘Ye and his two million plus new subscribers certainly helped out with that.
