Jordin Sparks seems to be embracing that motto more and more since recently slimming down.

Though fans first got a glimpse of her new figure in March, when she wore a flattering semi-sheer black dress to Muhammad Ali's Celebrity Fight Night XVII, the singer tweeted a photo Sunday proving that her body looks even more spectacular without much clothing.

Clad in a skimpy bikini (which had a polka dot design that reminded her "of fruity pebbles"), Sparks took a picture of herself in a mirror and shared it on the social networking site.

Clearly visible are the beginnings of an enviable six pack.

The "American Idol" winner, 21, accepted compliments from fans, encouraging one to "werk what we got!"

Sparks will soon get to break a sweat while performing on the NKOTBSB tour, which begins May 25.
