JENNIFER LOPEZ EX HUSBAND SAY'S THERE IS NO SEX TAPE! ONLY A HONEYMOON TAPE THAT MAYBE HAS A SPANKING OR TWO!

It turns out that Jennifer Lopez's sex tape might be made public after all — except it's no sex tape.
"They think I have a sex tape with her and that I'm trying to sell it," ex-husband Ojani Noa told E! News earlier this week. "My tape is from our honeymoon, the wedding, us hanging out. There's no nudity — maybe one spanking."

That's right, spanking.

"There's moments of her fighting with her mom...couples having fun and kissing. If someone has a sex tape, it's not me," the 35-year-old added.

The site also reports there may be footage of Lopez on a motorcycle without pants.

This comes hot on the heels of Noa's agent, Ed Meyer, revealing to RadarOnline.com that he will release the nearly 12 hours of personal home video into public court record next week— where the media can get copies.

Lopez, 40, filed a whopping $10 million lawsuit against Noa earlier this month to prevent the video, taken during the couple's 10-month marriage in 1997, from going public.

However, Noa insists he's not out to cause trouble.

"I'm not going to harm anybody," Noa said. "I'm a great guy. If I was going to hurt anybody I have had many, many chances to do it. I always wish her the best."

This isn't the first time the actress has had to deal with Noa's plans to put her private life in public view.

Lopez won a $545,000 lawsuit against her ex in 2007 that prevented him from publishing a tell-all book.
