Jay-Z Sends Fans On A Scavenger Hunt For ‘Magna Carta Holy Grail’ Track Listing

Jay-Z really knows how to run this town - but his fans have to know how to run around it.

The 43-year-old rapper quietly revealed more details about his upcoming album "Magna Carta Holy Grail," but instead of releasing the traditional press release or magazine interview, the "Watch the Throne" rapper launched a scavenger hunt.

Jay-Z's publisher Jana Fleishman tweeted out pictures of locations around the city on Saturday and invited eager fans to meet her, as she waited with big black books.

The books held the track listing for the upcoming album, due out July 4 exclusively for one million Samsung users, and a few days later for everyone else.

The first 60 fans to find Fleishman at her spots around the city were awarded the honor of sharing the names of Jay-Z's new tunes with the world.

Though few details have been given about the album, the Samsung teaser commercial that debuted June 16 showed Jay-Z in a studio with producers Timbaland, Pharrell, Rick Rubin, and Swizz Beatz.
