Iggy Azalea briefly rejoined Twitter to address her haters — specifically Erykah Badu.
The Aussie rapper responded to Badu throwing shade at her during Sunday’s Soul Train Awards, when the singer claimed that she can't rap.
“We are days from 2016, but i came online today and saw its still cool to try and discredit my 2014 accomplishments,” Azalea wrote Tuesday, breaking a month-long Twitter silence.
"F---ing hell. Seems exhausting," she added.
The “Fancy” rapper was reacting to Badu’s opening monologue at the awards show, in which she pretended to field a call from Azalea.
“Who is this? Iggy Azalea? Yeah, hey! No, no, no, no, no, no, no! You can come,” the R&B star shouted into her phone. “Because what you’re doing is definitely not rap.”
After reacting to Badu’s diss, the 25-year-old issued a series of tweets updating fans on the status of her next album.
“I dont really know what im doing with my music release; but im finished (except for getting the features recorded),” she wrote.
“Right now i live in america and am very close to the Def Jam team; but im actually signed out of the UK. Things are complicated.”
The “Black Widow” rapper added that while she’s “ready with my music,” she is “trying to restructure some things to work smoother and better for me” with the hope the complications would be figured out in a few weeks.
After sharing some more random musings, Azalea informed her fans that she wouldn’t return to social media again until 2016 unless she had some major news to share.
Earlier this year, Azalea announced she was taking a break from social media after she was bullied over bikini photos taken during her vacation in February.
“The Internet is the ugliest reflection of man kind there is,” she tweeted at the time.
