Hours-Long Orgasm Sends A Seattle Woman To The ER

Think a three-hour orgasm sounds like fun? Think again.

One woman's epic climax landed her in the emergency room after it just wouldn't quit, long after the act was over.

The woman, Liz, and her partner Eric recounted their moment of panic for the TLC show "Sex Sent Me to the ER." (Last names aren't given on the show.)

The Seattle-area couple had been getting intimate before work, but as Eric got out of bed to start his day, Liz's climax was still going strong.

One hour into the orgasm, "I started hopping up and down to see if that would do anything," Liz recalls on the show.

"I started trying to drink wine to see if that would calm down my system. I tried just about every possible thing I could do to stop having an orgasm."

After two hours, the couple heads to the ER - where, Eric recalls, they attracted their share of stares and a few nosy comments.

Liz's orgasm continued for another hour in the hospital before she finally found relief.

The new episode airs Saturday, January 4, at 10 p.m. and also includes the painfully awkward tales of a couple injured during sex in a janitor's closet, and a man who fell three stories naked.
