A dirty deed with high school students' underwear has one man facing seven years in prison.

Missouri resident John Gallagher was charged with second-degree burglary after cops say he went into his old high school and masturbated on underwear taken from the boys' lockers, local television station KCTV reported.

Once he was finished, he would deposit the underwear in another locker, where he kept a backpack.

Gallagher admitted entering his old stomping grounds through an unlocked concession window as many as 20 times, NBCactionnews.com reported.

Once inside, he reportedly admitted that he masturbated in the locker room - but said he didn't want to hurt or sexually assault anyone.

"We do not have any evidence to believe that any students were inappropriately touched. Of course, if anybody suspects that is the case, they should report it immediately," Platte County prosecutor Eric Zahnd told reporters.

Gallagher was nabbed when two students chased him from the locker room.

The alleged underwear violator reportedly told prosecutors that he had been bullied during his year and a half attending the high school.

"That's something that we have not independently verified. But he does state that as basically the motive," Zahnd said.
