GIRLS GONE WILD CEO JOE FRANCIS GETS INDICTED FOR A $2.5 MILLION GAMBLING DEBT AT THE WYNN IN LAS VEGAS!

It looks like the king of "Girls Gone Wild" has finally run out of luck.

Joe Francis was indicted by a grand jury in Las Vegas on Wednesday on charges that he didn’t pay a $2.5 million gambling debt he owed to the ritzy Wynn Casino.

The 37-year-old playboy is accused of signing gambling markers, essentially taking IOUs, at the casino in February 2007 without repaying what he borrowed.

Francis, who made a forture filming college-age women "going wild" and getting naked in his popular DVD series, claimed he already paid the debt through previous arrangements, and blasted casino officials for reneging on agreed discounts.

He said he did not sign a gambling marker and accused the casino of cashing the marker 15 months after it was issued even though the Wynn knew Francis' bank had closed the account.

"I'm 100% confident that I will prevail, just like I always do," Francis told TMZ. "Steve Wynn has enormous influence over the politicians in the Las Vegas area - so I'm sure he's behind this."

"The moral of the story is don't gamble at the Wynn casinos or this could happen to you," Francis said.

This is not the first time Francis has had run-ins with the law. He is currently involved in a lawsuit filed by several girls who claim they were underage - between the ages of 13 and 17 - when they were filmed on "Girls Gone Wild."

In 2009, he pleaded guilty to filing false tax returns.

Francis is scheduled to be arraigned on Feb. 16.

A spokeswoman at Wynn Resorts declined to comment, saying it was the company’s policy not to comment on pending litigation.
