Frank Ocean's Brother Responds To Fan Idea To Kidnap Him

With fans like these, who needs enemies?

Frank Ocean lovers are outraged that the singer has yet to release his hotly anticipated "Boys Don't Cry" album — but one apparently took that devotion a little too far.

The "Channel Orange" rapper's brother, Ryan Breaux, was dragged into the drama on Monday when a Reddit user suggested kidnapping him and holding him hostage until his sibling released the new music that was supposed to drop on Aug. 5.

"Guys I have the perfect idea," one Redditor wrote. "Why don't we just kidnap ryan and not give him back until frank drops the album?"

Breaux tweeted a screen grab of the Reddit thread, along with the caption "BRUHH."

When someone commented that things were getting dangerous, Breaux replied, "I'm shook."

This isn't the first time Ocean's brother has been involved in the waiting game for one of his albums.

In August 2015, the R&B singer's little bro "rickrolled" fans who were anxiously awaiting the artist's album.

"Boys Don't Cry" would be Ocean's sophomore offering, following 2012's critically acclaimed "Channel Orange."

Ocean's latest tracks would be released in July, it was speculated. The LP was then pushed back to Aug. 5 — but, again, Ocean fans suffered a drought.

Fans are now speculating the album will drop on Nov. 13, based on a library due date card cryptically posted to the singer's website.
