FOXY BROWN'S BROTHER WAS BUSTED FOR STEALING CREDIT CARDS & USING THEM TO BUY LUXURY HANDBAGS!

Foxy Brown's brother/rapper Gavin "Pretty Boy" Marchand was among the men arrested for allegedly using a stolen credit card to purchase designer clothes in Manhattan.
Gavin Marchand was arrested last Saturday (August 7th) for allegedly possessing a forged American Express card to purchase almost $8,000 worth of clothes from the Hermes store on Madison Avenue.

According to the New York Post, police were inside the store conducting surveillance when Gavin, 35, and three associates arrived at the high-end boutique.

A 31-year-old man named Warren David allegedly attempted to use the card. When the men attempted to leave the store, police approached them, but the driver, Derwin Benoit, led police on a 90-mph chase, before he finally pulled over and surrendered.

"I don't know anything about that," Foxy Brown told the New York Post as she left a grand jury hearing yesterday, for allegedly violating a restraining order against her neighbor last month.

Gavin Marchand briefly served as Foxy Brown's spokesman/manager.

In addition to rhyming, Gavin also served as the executive producer of Foxy Brown's album Broken Silence.

If convicted, Gavin Marchand could serve up to eight years in prison.
