Fetty Wap's Daughter Undergoes Emergency Brain Surgery

The New Jersey rapper, 27, and ex-girlfriend Alexis Skyy’s 1-year-old Aaliya needed the operation to repair an implant in her head that drains blood and other fluids, according to TMZ.

The website reports that Skyy noticed something was wrong when her daughter was “excessively vomiting” on their flight from Atlanta to New York.

Little Aaliya was born last January, three months premature. She reportedly has hydrocephalus, a condition that causes bleeding and fluid buildup in the brain.

On Sunday afternoon, Skyy posted a message on her Instagram story asking followers to pray for her daughter. She later posted an update, writing, “Lay Lay is good.”

Both parents are said to have been by Aaliyah’s side.
