EWWW! ROTTEN HEADLESS BODY WASHES UP ON A HAMPTON BEACH! HE WAS SLEEPING WITH THE FISHES!

A body was discovered Sunday by a beach walker out for a midday stroll on a Hamptons beach.

The body, which some reports said was headless, was found about 100 miles east of Gilgo Beach, the area where a serial killer is suspected of having dumped 10 corpses along a highway.

Police told Newsday that the body was found just after noon in a "poor state of decomposition" on Albert's Landing in Amagansett.

East Hampton Police Chief Ed Ecker said that he did not know the body's gender. Ecker would not say if police suspect foul play, but Suffolk County homicide detectives are investigating the grisly discovery, he told the Long Island newspaper.

East Hampton police said they have no reports of missing people.
