The Canadian rapper took to the Hot 97's Summer Jam stage Sunday night in East Rutherford, N.J., as one of Nicki Minaj's surprise guests. But Drizzy had a surprise all his own, and it wasn't Rihanna being there to support him from backstage.
To coincide with the annual hip-hop concert, Drake teased fans by posting a new track called "0 to 100/The Catch Up" on his website.
The song signals that new music will soon be coming from the "Started from the Bottom" rapper, potentially in 2015.
Fans were given a first dose of fresh Drake tracks with "Days in the East" and "Draft Day," both released in April on his website, reports Time.
The latest single includes lyrics such as "We already got spring 2015 poppin'" that points to a new forthcoming album release.
