Dr. Dre dropped a hefty chunk of change for Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen's Brentwood, Calif., mansion.
The 49-year-old rapper purchased the lavish digs on four acres for $40 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Football player Brady and his supermodel wife allegedly listed the home equipped with five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a moat, a gym, a sauna, balconies, an infinity pool and more for a whopping $50 million.

The couple spent years building the over 18,000-square-foot custom home back in 2009, but now have another exquisite house under construction in the Chestnut Hill area of Massachusetts.
Dr. Dre "fell in love" with the Brentwood mansion back in March soon after it was for sale, TMZ reported early last month.
