Disgraced celebrity designer Anand Jon Alexander pleaded not guilty in Manhattan court Friday to dozens of charges he sexually assaulted nine women and underage girls.
Already convicted of raping women in California, Alexander was extradited to New York to face charges he preyed on wannabe models between 2002 and 2006.
He sported a white T-shirt, tan pants, dark-rimmed glasses - and handcuffs.
He is charged with rape, criminal sexual acts, promoting a sexual performance by a child and an alleged attack on a minor.
Alexander's lawyer did not ask for bail since the designer is technically a prisoner in California, where he was sentenced to 59 years to life.
Anand, who palled around with the likes of Paris Hilton and was a guest designer on "America's Next Top Model," is due back in Manhattan court Feb. 17.
