COUPLE TRIES TO LEAVE THE COUNTRY AFTER KILLING A WOMAN WHILE DOING ILLEGAL BUTT IMPLANT SURGERY!

Two Colombian nationals were nabbed at a Nevada airport Saturday night after killing a woman in a botched plastic surgery operation, authorities said.

Ruben Dario Matallana-Galvas, 55, and Carmen Olfidia Torres-Sanchez, 47, were arrested on murder charges while trying to catch a flight to Medillin, Colombia.

The woman, identified as 42-year-old Elena Caro, went missing after she was dropped off by her daughter for a buttocks enhancement procedure at an underground medical clinic earlier that day, the Las Vegas Sun reported.

According to the report, Caro's daughter watched the doctor give her an injection and then was told that the operation would take another three hours, at least.

When the victim's daughter came to pick her up four hours later, she - and the supposed doctor - were gone.

The Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners website said the two did not appear to have a license - at least in that state.

Police later found that Caro was taken by ambulance to a hospital several miles away where she was pronounced dead.

That's when the two took off, the Sun reported -- after telling an assistant something had gone "horribly wrong".
