Drake has, apparently, been “ducking” the opportunity to headline the Rolling Loud festival for years. In a new interview with legendary radio host Big Boy, the festival’s co-founder, Tariq Cherif, insisted that they have been trying to get Drizzy to headline one of his RL iterations over the years but to no luck. Cherif clarified that he has no issues or beef with the Canadian man but that he is convinced that the superstar has been “ducking” the festival for unknown reasons. “I’ll say it, I don’t care. I feel like Drake’s ducking us,” he claimed. “I got no beef with Drake. I like Drake, I feel like he’s a great artist. We’ve been trying to book him forever. We even offered Drake three nights of Drake… he’d be the headliner for three nights. As the co-founder continued, he claimed that the three-night headliner was a unique offer, but another festival appears to be trying to get Drake to agree to a similar deal.
