Brandy Breaks Up With Fiancé Ryan Press

The "Boy is Mine" singer has split from her fiancé of over a year, Ryan Press, her rep confirmed to Us Weekly.
"They are no longer together. The engagement is off, but the friendship is still on," Brandy's spokesperson said in a statement.

"They decided to take a step back and reevaluate the relationship," the rep continued to the mag.
"Brandy is 35 now — that's what her whole #35 on Twitter is about, becoming her own woman."
Brandy and the music exec got engaged back in December 2012 and even though they have decided to go their separate ways, the rep insisted things "couldn't be more amicable."

"They haven't ended things on a bad note and they still speak all the time."
Brandy has a 12-year-old daughter from a former relationship with Robert Smith, however, this would have been the R&B starlet's first marriage.

"Brandy has a daughter and she still wants to be married and have more kids but she is working on so many other things right now," the rep added.
