Bow Wow & Erica Mena Get Engaged After Dating For 6 Months

Erica Mena is taming the dog in Bow Wow.

Just six months after the "Love & Hip-Hop" star began dating the 27-year-old rapper and host of BET's "106 & Park," they are now engaged, reports E! News.

"Uhh … he's actually my fiancé," Mena said on the red carpet at Saturday's BET Hip Hop Awards when asked if Bow Wow was her boyfriend.

The couple later posted Instagram pics on their respective accounts showing off the reality star's new bling next to his iced-out Rolex watch.

Mena and Bow Wow, born Shad Gregory Moss, met when she appeared on his hit music show. They smooched on the show's infamous coach, where he's previously locked lips with the likes of supermodel Tyra Banks. Soon after, Mena and Bow Wow officially began dating.

It's a lucky guess that the "Let Me Hold You" rapper may make an appearance on the next season of hit VH1 reality show Mena stars in, which premieres in November.

While Bow Wow has remained silent about his upcoming nuptials, other celebs have sent words of congratulations.

"Congrats to @smoss and @iamErica_Mena who got engaged!" Wendy Williams wrote Monday, which he retweeted.
