He'll continue to dance in jail.
"Shmoney Dance" rapper Bobby Shmurda, aka Ackquille Pollard, was again denied a request to have his bail lowered from $2 million Tuesday.
Pollard's lawyer, Alex Spiro, in court Tuesday, said his client's worth is closer to $427,000 instead of an estimated $20 million, according to a TMZ report.
Spiro requested the bail be set closer to between $50,000 and $100,000, but he was rebuffed, the site reports.
Meanwhile, the rapper was seen in court wearing an expensive pair of red patent-leather Bally shoes, which retail for at least $400, according to the brand's website.
Pollard’s family had previously tried to use their property as collateral.
The 21-year-old sensation has been in jail since December 2014 for allegedly leading a violent Brooklyn gang responsible for drug sales and shootings, authorities said.
Pollard’s next court appearance is slated for February.
Remember when Bobby Shmurda did his Sambo for the staff at Epic Records ……
