Bobbi Kristina Calls Angela Bassett A B!tch For Not Casting Her In Her Mom's Movie

Bobbi Kristina Brown has put Angela Bassett on blast.

The 21-year-old went on a Twitter rant Saturday, that included questioning the award-winning actress' gender, after hearing why she decided against casting Brown in Whitney Houston's biopic.

"I did not think about casting her," Bassett, who is making her directorial debut with the Lifetime movie, told Entertainment Weekly on June 26. "And probably for a number of reasons, you know.

"One being that she's not an actress," she continued. "I know she's acted here and there. I know she's been on their family's reality show, but she's not an actress and acting is a craft."

"Ha MsAng 'bassketcase' has such a damn nerve my lord," Brown tweeted Saturday before taking an ugly personal jab at the 55-year-old actress.

"At least the world doesn't mistake me for the wrong sex … she has some #XtraEquipment."

The 21-year-old's Twitter rant didn't stop there.
"When I win my first Grammy or Oscar, *Shrugs* hmm whichever comes 1st, I'll be sure 2shout URname out b---h!" she continued. "Hah UrTestResults = Male. Lmao."

"It's an attempt to illuminate the complexities of human behavior and life," Bassett added about the film that will explore Houston's relationship with the embittered daughter's father, Bobby Brown.

"This is a very fast-paced schedule; we have just 21 days to tell this story," the actress, who starred alongside Houston in "Waiting to Exhale," continued. "It's more than just saying lines and turning the light on. You have to drive the story -- there's a technical aspect."

Tasked to take on the role, former "America's Next Top Model" contestant Yaya DeCosta was chosen to as the film's leading lady.

After working as a child actor in "All My Children" followed by appearing on the reality competition, the 31-year-old actress had other TV roles on "Ugly Better," "House," and in films like Lee Daniels' "The Butler" and "Tron: Legacy."
