Beyoncé's first concert after childbirth could be for a worthy cause.
The singer, who welcomed twins in June, and her rapper husband JAY-Z are teaming up next month for a benefit show in New York to support of the victims of Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma, according to Us Weekly.
The concert, which has not officially been announced, is slated to take place on Oct. 17 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn and could feature performances from additional members of JAY-Z's Roc Nation label, the magazine reported.
Beyoncé, who hails from Houston, returned to her hometown earlier in September to visit with those impacted by Hurricane Harvey and distribute meals to over 400 evacuees at the St. John's Church.
The pop star, who grew up performing at that church, told the people there during her visit that she loved them.
"Y'all are my family. Houston is my home," said Beyoncé, who was joined by her mother and former groupmate Michelle Williams. "I thank God that you're safe, your children are safe."
Beyoncé also donated money to hurricane relief and participated in the "Hand in Hand" telethon to help raise funds for those affected by both hurricanes.
JAY-Z, meanwhile, was a part-owner of the Brooklyn Nets when the Barclays Center — the NBA team's home — opened in 2012. He performed a concert there in September of that year in what was the first-ever event at the history of the venue.
