Aubrey O'Day Looks Unrecognizable After Promoting Diet App With Filtered Snap On Instagram


Former Danity Kane star Aubrey O'Day drops daily content for over 1 million followers on her combined social media channels, but new photographs of the 36-year-old appear to show a stark contrast of her physical appearance from the fantasy she is serving up on Instagram.

With the COVID-19 pandemic giving an end to most public appearances and media gatherings, O'Day has not been seen in quite some time but over the weekend paparazzi snapped photos of the star in Palm Springs while out on a walk with her dog.

The last time O'Day had posted to Instagram was back on August 20 when she was promoting an ad for her new fitness app, Flat Tummy. While showing herself in a heavily-edited photograph, the former Danity Kane singer hawked the new app for fans to download and offered a free trial.

"Nothing beats a poolside workout, and with my new @flattummyapp I can do my workout anywhere, anytime. With 450+ workouts, 850+ recipes, personalized meal plans, progress tracking, AND more, just can’t go wrong with this app. Can’t wait to see the progress as I continue with the workouts."

It was just over a week since O'Day posted about her fitness app, but on Monday, Daily Mail posted photos of what appeared to be the star on a walk with her two dogs. While the dogs drew attention for their rainbow-colored fur, the woman who DM claims is O'Day barely resembles the likeness of the famed singer and reality star.

O'Day was seen wearing a sports bra and bike shorts with a plaid jacket tied around her waist.

Although the former "Celebrity Apprentice" star is barely recognizable in her photos, Daily Mail claims it is the star as they have matched up her well-known visible tattoos.

"What was recognizable about her appearance were here tattoos. Aubrey has previously shown off her bar code neck tattoo, and Latin scripture ink on her torso," Daily Mail wrote.

Although O'Day has been posting regularly to her social media channels, most of the photos and videos appear to be ran through heavy filters and photo editing apps before being posted, including a recent partnership with Rihanna's Savage X Fenty lingerie line.
