50 Cent says he doesn't deserve the rap.

The Queens-born rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, is denying claims by southern California authorities that he roughed up his new baby mama and ransacked her Los Angeles condo during a heated argument last week.

"Curtis Jackson denies these allegations as made against him," his New York lawyer Scott Leemon said Thursday. "It is important to note, Mr. Jackson has not been arrested and there is no warrant outstanding for his arrest."

Leemon said he already has contacted the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office in connection with the five criminal charges filed Wednesday.

"(We) are currently conducting our own investigation into these allegations," he said.

Prosecutors allege Jackson went berserk inside his ex-girlfriend's Toluca Lake condo on June 23, destroying more than $7,000 worth of property including a television set and chandeliers.

Prosecutors declined to identify the victim but stated she was in a relationship with the 37-year-old "Get Rich or Die Tryin'" rapper for three years and bore him a child.

According to prosecutors, the new baby mama locked herself in a bedroom to escape the meltdown, and that's when Jackson allegedly busted down the door and kicked her, causing injury.

Police rushed to the scene and observed smashed chandeliers and broken furniture throughout the residence, a ransacked bedroom closet and woman’s clothes thrown all over the floor as well as a broken TV and lamp, prosecutors said.

Jackson was gone by the time police arrived, they said.

"Regardless of perceived celebrity or notoriety, domestic violence is a serious crime, and alleged perpetrators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law by this office," City Attorney Mike Feuer said in a statement.

Jackson, 37, was charged with domestic violence and four counts of vandalism.

If convicted on all counts, he could face up to five years in jail and up to $46,000 in fines.

Jackson’s arraignment was set for July 22.

In 2008, Jackson's ex-girlfriend Shaniqua Tompkins claimed the rapper was behind a fire that destroyed her Long Island home.

The superstar was later cleared of suspicion.
