A trip to a Tempe, Ariz. nightclub turned into horror for thirteen people, who were shot in the parking lot of a popular venue late Friday, according to local police.
There were no fatalities as of Saturday morning, though two people were in critical condition, authorities said.
Police are searching for two possible suspects, described as young men wearing dark clothing who left the club on foot. It is still unclear if both are suspected of firing into the crowd, or what kind of gun was used.
The shooting happened after "some sort of altercation" at The Clubhouse Music Venue, Tempe Police Sgt. Steve Carbajal told the Associated Press.
Rapper Nipsey Hussle was scheduled to perform at the venue that evening, and people were lined up outside waiting to get in.
Concert-goer @RenTen10 tweeted that people were losing their phones and tripping over discarded heels on the sidewalk as they scrambled to get away from the shooting.
