Casanova Surrenders After He’s Indicted In ‘Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation’ Gang Takedown

Brooklyn rapper Casanova admitted to a judge he’d taken a swig of Hennessy before turning himself in during his arraignment on racketeering and firearm charges in White Plains federal court.

US District Judge Andrew Krause asked the “Get the Strap” crooner — whose given name is Caswell Senior — whether he’d taken any drugs or alcohol in the last 24 hours.

“I took a shot of Henny…just liquor, before I turned myself in — I took a little swig,” he said during the video appearance, insisting he was still clear minded.

Casanova, 34, surrendered Wednesday at about 11 p.m. to the Midtown South Precinct in Manhattan, Vulture reported.

The judge also asked him whether he provided any inaccurate information during a routine interview with pretrial services after his arrest.

“I think my wife said, when we got married it was 2008, but I said it was 2007, big trouble for me,” he quipped. “Nothing crazy. Lots of things going through my mind, I’m all over the place. I’m sorry.”

Casanova’s lawyer James Kousouros entered a plea of not guilty on his behalf to one count each of conspiracy to commit racketeering, conspiracy to distribute controlled substances and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug-trafficking crime for which he faces up to life in prison.

The rapper will be detained until his lawyers presents a bail package to the court.

The other 17 defendants named in the indictment, who are alleged members of the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation gang, had been apprehended as of Tuesday, according to federal prosecutors.

During Tekashi 6ix9ine’s testimony against his former Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods associates in 2019, the rainbow-maned rapper mentioned that his crew had conflicts with other artists — including Casanova, who he said was in a rival gang, Vulture reported.

Casanova also made an appearance in Manhattan Criminal Court in 2018 after he and a pal allegedly assaulted a diner at a Chelsea restaurant who he mistakenly thought was filming him.

The other Gorilla Stone associates face counts ranging from attempted murder and racketeering to assault. The allegations include the slaying of a 15-year-old boy in Poughkeepsie, the gunpoint robbery of a drug dealer in Peekskill and the face slashing of a rival in Manhattan, according to the indictment.

The Gorilla Stone gang allegedly sold crack cocaine and marijuana in the Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn and Westchester — and used violence to advance their business interests, court papers allege.
