It looks like Young Buck will finally be getting himself out of the hole he is in with Uncle Sam. According to the WSJ, Buck’s intellectual property, which includes the rights, trademark, masters, royalties, publishing and entire music catalog, will be auctioned off next month (May 14th) as part of the rappers Chapter 7 bankruptcy liquidation. The auction will take place at the Nashville law firm of Harwell Howard Hyne Gabbert & Manner and considering his trademarks are up for grabs, Buck could even lose the use of the name Young Buck.
