YAY! MILEY CYRUS JUST TURNED 18! NOW SHE CAN SUCK ALL THE D**KS SHE WANT!

The day has finally arrived: Miley Cyrus is 18.
The former Disney star, who has ditched her squeaky-clean image for an overtly-sexualized persona, celebrated her milestone birthday Sunday night with a star-studded party at Los Angeles hotspot Trousdale.

Though the "Can't Be Tamed" singer's actual birthday wasn't until Tuesday, that didn't stop her from letting loose and having a good time.

Coming off of her performance at the American Music Awards earlier Sunday night, Cyrus changed out of her white Marchesa mullet dress and into a sexy black leather cropped halter top with matching pants for the fete.

Dad Billy Ray Cyrus was unable to attend the party (he was working in Nashville), but mom Tish was by the singer's side to help celebrate – and bust a move.

"Me and my mom actually have choreography for the night," Cyrus told "Access Hollywood." "Everyone loves when we dance in unison."

And the singer's early celebration won't be her only one.

"I have a birthday month," she told the show. "I do the whole month of November. Thanksgiving, cake, [it's] all about me on Thanksgiving!"

Among Miley's guests were Demi Moore with husband Ashton Kutcher and daughter Rumer Willis, Kelly Osbourne, "Dancing with the Stars" finalist Kyle Massey and "Glee" actors Mark Salling and Chord Overstreet.

"She had such a good time [at her party]," a guest told People.com. "She was so happy and having so much fun just dancing nonstop, surrounded by all of her friends. It was the party she was hoping for."

Perhaps another reason for her fun night?

Cyrus was spotted locking lips with fellow teen actor Avan Jogia, who stars on Nickelodeon's "Victorious."

Photographs show the birthday girl lying back over a bar as 18-year-old Jogia is pressed up against her, kissing her neck.

Though the pair has been linked since last month, a source told People they are just "getting to know each other – that's really it right now."

Seems like Jogia got to know a whole lot more Cyrus that night.
