Officers seized about 200 marijuana plants inside a Bronx home yesterday, authorities said.
A multiagency task force hauled stalks of weed from two apartments inside an E. 197th St. building near Decatur Ave. in Bedford Park at about 12:40 p.m., authorities said.
The bust came after a joint investigation by the agencies - which included the NYPD, Drug Enforcement Administration and the New York State Police - led officials to the home, which is blocks away from Bronx Park.
Several arrests are anticipated after the raid. It was not immediately clear whether anyone was in custody last night.
Last month, a Queens man was caught with more than 500 pounds of grass in his car after a series of traffic infractions.
Clement Hunter, 30, allegedly tried to run after a cop in an unmarked patrol car pulled him over, but was soon arrested.
He was hit with a litany of charges, including 50 counts of marijuana possession.
