WTF! TALKING DOG SAYS "I LOVE YOU"

Meet Domino — the talking dog who's so cute he barks about how much he loves you.

The abandoned Boston terrier was found wandering the streets of Tyler, Texas, in March.

Taken to the Pets Fur People shelter, it didn't take long for staff to discover his special talent.

Rescuers realized he'd howl "I love you" to visitors as they walked away, speculating it was "because he thinks they're leaving him."

The adorable pup was soon snapped up by Donna Bryan, who hopes to give him a proper home life.

Hell Nah that dog didn't say "I Love U"
