A barely-clothed 3-year-old girl was found Tuesday morning wandering the streets of upper Manhattan, police said.
Kadiras Camara was walking alone along W. 127th St. near Morningside Ave. about 2:30 a.m. when a passerby saw her and called 911, cops said.
The child had apparently slipped out of her family's nearby apartment just a few minutes earlier.
"She's wasn't out there long," a police source said. "She's fine."
Kadiras was taken to St. Luke's Hospital for observation.
Her dad, a livery cab driver, was stunned to find a group of cops at his home after ending his shift.
The Administration for Children's Services removed her two siblings from the home.
