WTF! PAULA ABDUL IS BACK WITH ARSENIO HALL!

Maybe opposites don't attract. Paula Abdul is learning it helps to have something in common with a potential mate.
She is reportedly back with ex-boyfriend Arsenio Hall, whom she dated 20 years ago during their ‘80s heydays.

“Arsenio reached out to Paula because he thought she needed a friend to talk to, someone she could relate to,” spills the snitch. “Arsenio knows what it's like to leave a hit TV show. One phone call led to another, and the next thing you know, they were making a date.”

The “Straight Up” singer has been single since splitting with restaurant owner J. T. Torregiania in 2008, but a source tells the National Enquirer that Hall reached out to her with words of support after she quit “American Idol” last summer.

The pair, who met on the set of “Coming to America” in 1988, reconnected so well that they’ve apparently decided to give the relationship another try.

And there’s a chance their romance could end in happily ever after.
