WTF! MILEY CYRUS LITTLE SISTER WEARS A SEXY HALLOWEEN COSTUME!

It's been a bad media week for the Cyrus family.
On the same day that teen queen Miley Cyrus was named the worst celebrity influence of the year by a website poll, Cyrus' little sister, Noah, has managed to stir up some trouble as well.

Parents and critics around the world are aghast at Noah Cyrus's racy Halloween costume, reports Us magazine.

The 9-year-old recently donned platform knee-high PVC boots, a body hugging black mini dress and lots of dark eye make-up for the red carpet at the US Children Affected by Aids Foundation's annual Dream Halloween fundraiser.

The outfit, which looked like a cross between a dominatrix get-up and sexy vampire costume, included purple accents and laces up the side.

While a single bad costume choice might be considered a parenting accident, it seems the Cyrus' don't take any issue with their daughter's appearance.


The very next day, Cyrus hit up another children's Halloween event dressed as what might be a scantily clad version of Minnie Mouse.

The outfit features a bright red and white polka dot mini skirt and tight black top—plus the same knee-high PVC boots and piles of make-up from the day before.

Fiona Wright, the editor of "Disney Girl," a magazine for tween girls, said she would not run the photos.

Despite the star being popular with the magazine's impressionable audience, Wright said that thinking Cyrus' black and purple outfit had a "dominatrix" style could be a "reasonable suggestion," reports Australia's News.com.

"All the girls we cover in the magazine, we make sure they are tween friendly and their outfits are something that is appropriate," Wright said.

And it's hardly the first time Noah Cyrus has raised a few parental eyebrows.

The diva-in-training appeared on the red carpet at Brittany Curran's Retro 50's Poolside Bash at the end of May wearing a tiny pink bathing suit and posing a bit suggestively for the cameras, reports Mama Mia, a parenting blog.

Wright added that Cyrus' parents "would have known these pictures would have ended up in magazines" and that "they should haven't allowed her to wear something like this."
