Jay-Z is known to "Go Hard," so its no surprise that the launch of his upcoming book "Decoded" is anything but ordinary.
With the help of Microsoft search engine Bing, Hova is setting up a scavenger hunt for his fans that will reveal the pages of his tome -- which, appropriately enough, is a guide to his often cryptic lyrics -- out from Speigel & Grau on November 16.
Through Bing's website, users can answer questions based on Jay's lyrics to find pages of his book hidden all over New York, London, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles.
Certain pages will also be broadcast on billboards and other forms of outdoor advertising throughout those cities, too.
"The campaign provides insight into Jay-Z's life in a unique way that and strikes a chord with Jay-Z fans and music enthusiasts alike," says Bing GM Eric Hadley.
As of Wednesday, 24 out of 24 pages had been found by over 500 Bing users. Those dedicated fans are entered to win a trip to Las Vegas for New Year's Eve to see Jay and Coldplay in concert.
Concludes Hadley: "This campaign gives us a great opportunity to introduce Bing to the millions of Jay-Z fans by bringing a meaningful experience that magnifies their connection to him."
