Blood may be thicker than water, but mean green rules this reality star.
"The Hills'" Heidi Montag refused to attend her sister Holly's 26th birthday party at Empire Hollywood in Los Angeles Saturday night when the venue didn't offer her an appearance fee, FoxNews.com reports.

"Holly was really wishing that her sister could just be a sister and stop by her birthday party, but Heidi only goes places if she is getting paid," an insider told the Web site's Pop Tarts blog. "I mean, this is her sister and she wouldn't even show up without a fee. That's disgusting."

Heidi's husband, Spencer Pratt, was also a no-show.

Meanwhile, Stephanie Pratt, little sister to Spencer and sister-in-law of Heidi and Holly, may have had too good a time at the bash - she was later arrested on suspicion of drunk driving after leaving the club.

Pratt was pulled over at 3:45 a.m. Sunday in Hollywood and blew a .09 on a breathalyzer test, TMZ.com reports. The legal limit in California is .08.

Pratt was held on $5,000 bail at a Van Nuys jail and was released at 10:30 a.m. Pacific time Sunday.

"She usually doesn't drive to parties and is always really, really careful," an insider said of Pratt. "Her mother is just devastated. She is at home with her at the moment trying to lay low."
