WTF! FIRST SEWAGE NOW DECOMPOSING BODIES & THEY SAY NYC BEACHES ARE SAFE!

Cops dragged a decomposing body out of the water off Coney Island yesterday after stunned beachgoers spotted it floating just off shore, authorities said.
The unidentified victim was seen off the popular beach about 1 p.m., police said.

Police and Emergency Medical Service workers raced to the beach as NYPD Harbor Patrol cops on a nearby boat hauled the body back to land.
