WTF! A ROOKIE COP IS CHARGED WITH INCEST & RAPE OF A 10 YEAR OLD RELATIVE!

A rookie housing cop was busted Thursday for having sex with his pre-teen relative for more than four years, officials said.

Mackenson Jacques, 29, a cop with the Police Service Area 3 in Brooklyn, started raping the girl in 2005 when she was only 10. The alleged sexual predator, who abused the girl on 12 separate occasions, last raped her in May, sources said.

He was charged with sexual conduct against a child, second-degree rape and other charges, according to the criminal complaint against him. The victim, who just turned 15, was not identified.

Jacques was awaiting arraignment last night in Brooklyn Criminal Court. Steve Worth, a union lawyer, declined comment. Police said Jacques, a probationary cop, was suspended for 30 days without pay.
