WOW! J-WOWW STABS HER EX! LOL!

"Jersey Shore" star Jenni (J-Woww) Farley's breakup with longtime boyfriend/manager Tom Lippolis is getting messier than her first botched plastic surgery.

The reality star's ex told Star magazine that Farley stabbed him in March of 2010 – and claims he has proof of video and photos of the attack.

"Jenni put a kitchen knife through my entire arm," he told the magazine. "I thought she was going to kill me.

"She cut right through the muscle and everything," he added, claiming he needed 57 stitches.

Lippolis alleged in a video posted on RadarOnline.com that Farley also swung a fire poker at him.

He said she was jealous over him posing for a photo with another woman.

"I never pressed charges against Jenni because I think, I don't know, love does funny things [to] somebody," he said in a video posted on Radar. "And at the time I really was, call it crazy, in love with her."

The two split in 2010 after a heated fight which was captured by MTV cameras during the last season of the hit MTV show.

Since then, the two have been in and out of court.

Lippolis alleged that Farley owed him thousands of dollars in unpaid management fees, while Farley took him to court to block him from releasing naked photos of her.
