A twisted teacher with a foot fetish had sex with an underage student at a hot-sheets motel and sweet-talked another into sending him X-rated pics, a city probe found.
Incredibly, 46-year-old science teacher Wayne Bartley blamed it on the girls and their raging hormones.

Investigators said Bartley had a 14-month fling with a student at Intermediate School 229 in the Bronx which began when she was 13.

Bartley also persuaded a different 13-year-old student at a Brooklyn school to send nude pictures - as well as foot shots - to his iPhone, the report said.

The creep preyed on a third student by showering her with gifts, getting her nails done and massaging her feet, probers said.

Bartley denied having sex with any student and blamed the investigation on the raging hormones of teenage girls.

"Students always tend to have crushes on male teachers," he said. "Fifth graders, sixth graders, they're very unstable, they're very impressionable.

"Maybe you show them attention because they're doing well in class and it's taken the wrong way."

Special Schools Investigator Richard Condon is handing over the findings to the Bronx and Brooklyn district attorneys.

A married father, Bartley began his teaching career at IS 229 in September 2005, the Department of Education said. He later transferred to IS 392 in Brooklyn in August 2008, and taught at KIPP AMP Academy Charter School in Brooklyn in the 2009-10 school year.

He was permanently banned from teaching at city schools once the Education Department learned of the investigation.

The probe started last spring after a father of a 13-year-old, a student at IS 392, complained she had an inappropriate relationship with Bartley, her former teacher during the 2008-09 school year.

In a flurry of phone calls and texts, the pervy pedagogue flattered the girl, calling her "exotic," "pretty" and "his favorite" out of all his students, the report said.

He also bragged he recently snapped photos of nude models while visiting Jamaica and asked if she would send him shots.

Bartley admitted receiving the nude photos, but said the student misunderstood and that they were just so he could make drawings. After an interview with a principal at IS 229, investigators also discovered a sexual relationship Bartley had with a student whom he taught fifth-grade science and privately tutored in seventh grade.

The teen told authorities that from March 2008 to May 2009, Bartley bedded her twice a month at the Paradise Motor Inn in the Bronx, where a room costs $35 for four hours.

During the probe, investigators also learned of Bartley's freaky foot fetish from a 15-year-old eighth grader he taught and tutored at KIPP AMP Academy.

She told investigators he frequently gave her rides in his blue Jeep, and after her graduation on June 22, they got manicures and pedicures together.

After the nail salon trip, Bartley rubbed lotion on her feet in his car and gushed about her legs, the report says.
