TRANNY SUES KHLOE KARDASHIAN FOR BEATING HER UP!

It looks like Kim's not the only Kardashian with trouble on her hands.

Younger sister Khloe, 27, is being sued by a transgender woman who claims the reality star assaulted her outside a Hollywood nightclub two years ago, TMZ.com reported.

Chantal Spears, formerly known as Ronald Spears, filed a lawsuit saying she needed medical attention after Kardashian "violently" attacked her on Dec. 5, 2009, causing serious injuries and "severe mental anguish," People.com reported.

Spears told TMZ that the incident, which happened outside Playhouse nightclub on Hollywood Boulevard, occurred after Spears told Kardashian's husband, Lamar Odom, he was "too young to get married."

In the lawsuit, Spears says Khloe struck her "in and about her body," although TMZ reports no one was arrested at the time.

Spears, who claims she did not provoke the attack, is asking for unspecified damages..

But an insider close to Kardashian told Us Weekly the reality star did nothing wrong.

"This was two years ago and Khloe did nothing," the source said. "This person shoved Khloe and she pushed them off. This person just wants to jump on the bandwagon."
