WOMAN CALLS OUT A FERTILITY CLINIC FOR IMPLANTING THE WRONG EMBRYO!

An Ohio woman is speaking out after being impregnated with the wrong embryo.
Carolyn Savage, a 40-year-old mother of three from Sylvania, Ohio, was hoping to have a fourth child through in vitro fertilization. She and her husband Sean were thrilled to hear the procedure had been a success.

But just two months into the pregnancy, the Savages learned that Carolyn was not carrying their baby.

"They delivered the worst news of our life," Sean Savage told Meredith Viera on NBC's "Today" show Monday morning.

The Savages decided to carry the baby to term due to their religious beliefs. Now 35 weeks pregnant, the Savages will give their baby to his or her rightful parents in the next few weeks.

"The hardest part is going to be the delivery," Carolyn told "Today." "I remember communicating with the mother of this child as to what I was envisioning and hoping for. I said, ‘We want a moment to say hello, and goodbye.'"

It will be Carolyn's last pregnancy, as she has experienced difficulties in getting pregnant and carrying children to term.

The Savages plan to implant their remaining embryos in a surrogate.

"We felt strongly that we needed to give every embryo that we created a chance at life," Carolyn told "Today."

As for the fertility clinic that made the massive mistake, the Savages' attorneys released a statement stating that they are working to ensure that the clinic "will accept full responsibility for the consequences of their misconduct."
