Griner's team was not made aware of the update until Tuesday and her current location is unclear. Her legal team says it may take up to two weeks to be notified of her destination. Lindsay Colas, Griner's agent, released a statement saying the number one concern is her client's health and well-being. Colas says Griner's camp continues to work with the U.S. government in an effort to bring her home and keep her safe in the meantime. The White House also released a statement slamming the move.
