Will Smith Denies He's Getting A Divorce

Mr. Smith is not going to divorce court.

Actor Will Smith took to Facebook Monday afternoon to deny a RadarOnline report that he and his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, were secretly in the process of ending their marriage of 17 years.

"For Will and Jada, holding it together these past few years has been tough because their marriage has been on life support for a long time," a source told Radar in the initial report posted Sunday.

"They're exhausted from trying to maintain the façade of a happy union."

But Smith himself made the rare move of addressing the rumor directly a day later.

"Under normal circumstances, I don't usually respond to foolishness. (Because it's contagious)," he wrote late Monday. "But, so many people have extended me their "deepest condolences" that I figured — 'What the hell... I can be foolish, too!'

"So, in the interest of redundant, repetitious, over & over-again-ness... Jada and I are...NOT GETTING A DIVORCE!!!!!!!!!!!!! : -)

"I promise you all — if I ever decide to divorce my Queen — I SWEAR I'll tell you myself!"

The 46-year-old Smith, who is filming the super villain flick, "Suicide Squad," and his 43-year-old wife have been a fixture in the gossip glossies for the past four years amid reports of marital strife.

In addition to a net worth estimated at $240 million, the couple has two children — son Jaden, 17, and daughter Willow, 14.

Pinkett Smith addressed rumors of her husband's unfaithfulness during an interview with Howard Stern while promoting her latest movie, "Magic Mike XXL," in June.

"You've got to trust who you're with," she told the radio shock jock. "And at the end of the day, I'm not here to be anybody's watcher. I'm not his watcher. He's a grown man."

Pinkett Smith herself was dogged by cheating allegations involving her "HawthoRNe" co-star, Marc Anthony, in 2011.
