WEBBIE CAUGHT WITH 2 OUNCES OF WEED!

Rapper Webbie was arrested on Monday (April 4th) in Tennessee, almost a week after a wild shootout inside of a East Saint Louis, Missouri.

The 25-year-old rapper was in a rental car south of Nashville, leaving a show in Louisville, Kentucky, when police the vehicle and found two ounces of marijuana and $13,000 in cash.

According to police, Webbie, born Webster Gradney Jr., also tried to throw the marijuana out of the car window as officers approached the vehicle.

Another passenger in the vehicle was hit with a gun charge, after police found a loaded .357 revolver on him.

The driver of the rental car was charged with driving with a suspended license.

Webbie is currently being held on $21,000 bond.

Just last week, a massive brawl broke out inside of a club in East Saint Louis, Missouri, during a concert featuring Webbie.

At least 40 police officers were called out to quell the disturbance, which resulted in one security guard being shot.
