Wale And Talk Show Host Tomi Lahren Feuding Over Rapper’s Lyric

Here’s a 2017 Mad Lib: Wale and Tomi Lahren are feuding online.

In his newly dropped single, “Smile,” Wale specifically calls out the “Blaze” host in the middle of lyrics about being black in America.

“On behalf of Charlamagne I'm sure he ain't trading sides/Maybe I should meet Tomi Lahren, I'll Lauryn Hill her/Trainor, she miseducated anyway/Prolly hate the color of my face,” Wale raps.

Charlamagne refers to the co-host of Power 105.1’s “The Breakfast Club,” who met with Lahren in December to discuss her politics.

But the controversial commentator had a problem with the name drop itself, and the pronunciation in particular.

“So if you're gonna put someone in a song...diss 'em.. perhaps get their fricken name right next time,” she tweeted at Wale late Tuesday night.

The rapper responded Wednesday morning.

“Ok Tammy,” he wrote.

Lahren then fought back with another childish insult: “Ok Whale.”

Wale also takes aim at President-elect Donald Trump in “Smile,” calling him “an impossible bigot slash misogynist (who) is 'bout to run the whole d--n thing.”

This isn’t the first time Lahren has found herself in the middle of a feud.

In December, the 24-year-old found herself in the hot seat on “The Daily Show” when host Trevor Noah grilled her about comparing the Black Lives Matter movement to the Ku Klux Klan.

“When the Black Lives Matter movement is going out with signs saying 'fry them like bacon, F the police,' when they're going saying 'if you see a white person, target them,' that is happening, Trevor," Lahren said. "When that now becomes the narrative and you're starting to loot, burn and riot, what did the KKK do?”

The two went back and forth for several days before the beef was seemingly squashed when Noah sent her cupcakes.
