VIVICA FOX'S FIANCE CALLS OFF THEIR ENGAGEMENT!

Another Hollywood couple has called it quits.

Vivica A. Fox is newly single after fiance Omar (Slim) White ended the couple's 10-month engagement.

The Atlanta club promoter says he and Fox are still on good terms.

"She's a good woman," White, 28, told TooFab. "It's just one of those situations where in life people outgrow each other."

"I'm highly intelligent, very wise and one thing I hate is negativity and drama, I hate arguing, and I value communication no matter what the problem may be," he added. "So as in any relationship, tension can build up and I finally had to walk away."

The couple drew media attention in January after White, 19 years younger than Fox, proposed with an eight-karat diamond ring, People reported. The couple had been dating for more than a year before getting engaged.

Still, White said age difference had nothing to do with his split from the "Kill Bill" star.

"I was only in it for love and it just didn't work out," he said. "Even though she was older than me the age difference didn't play a part."

Fox has yet to comment on the break up, but announced on Twitter Thursday that she was doing fine.

"I'm excellent," she tweeted. "All is good thankx!"

It would have been the second wedding for Fox, who was previously married to singer Christopher Harvest from 1998 to 2002.

She also dated rapper 50 Cent in 2003.

He don't want to marry her old a$$! That oven is too old to put a bun in it!
