USHER TO SELL HIS MANSION TAMEKA IS STILL LIVING IN!

Usher has a new confession: He’d like to sell the Georgia mansion currently occupied by his ex-wife.

The singer listed the home where Tameka Raymond lives last week for $3.2 million, according to TMZ. He originally bought the home for $3 million in 2007, when the couple were still married.

Tameka Raymond still lives in the house, according to the couple’s 2009 divorce agreement, which stipulated that Usher could sell the house at any time by giving the former stylist a 60-day notice to vacate.

The Roswell home is more than 12,000 square feet and sits on about four acres. The six-bedroom home has a dramatic double-height entry and living room and an outdoor pool and spa, according to the real estate website Zillow.

Usher owns another property in the Atlanta area, according to Zillow, an 8,000-square-foot home he purchased in 1998.

Its about time! They been divorced for 3 years now & she been livin' there rent free being a bitter b!tch to him!
